I have known Phil DOWN for over 10 years. I have bought and sold through Phil at least 5 properties during this period. I have found him to be a straight shooter, in other words telling it as it is, without trying to cover anything up, whether good or bad. It is a bit strange to say this about real estate agents, however based on my experience with Phil (as compared wither other real estate agents from Melbourne) where I have bought and sold other properties, there is a big difference between them. I prefer Phil's approach.
