Philip was professional and firm throughout the process, which at first felt a bit intimidating — especially as a first-home buyer. However, once negotiations began, his structured and consistent approach helped move things forward. While I had to put in considerable effort and provide market data to justify a fairer purchase price, Philip acknowledged the reasoning and ultimately helped facilitate a better deal. Communication with the vendor wasn’t always smooth, and there were moments of push-back, but I understand his primary duty was to represent the seller. Within that context, both Philip and the re-Define team acted professionally and assisted where possible to ensure the transaction was completed successfully. Overall, a solid experience and a fair outcome.
