Presentation is the key. Often tenanted properties do not present as well as they need to. Sometimes selling without a Tenant is required. If your tenant presents the property well it is possible to sell with them in place. Often they love the compensation as well. Before selling your agent should inspect the property to make sure they are giving you the right advice.
