This sale was a little challenging because of the size of the property. Philip was able to find an investor that liked the return and put together the sale in a challenging market. Highly recommended.

Investors are often looking for different characteristics, its not just about the return. The location of this property was a highlight as was the large rooftop terrace. The sale took a little while but thank you for your patience, we got there in the end.
