We asked Phil to keep in mind a property that suited our particular requirements. He understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us a property that didn't suit. He obviously worked hard behind the scenes to find us a property that wasn't actually listed at the time, but , long story short, Phil facilitated us to purchase it.
