Phillip was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. He made sure the apartment was able to be viewed as we had travelled a long way to see it. He did not apply pressure but was there to answer questions. During negotiations he acted in everyone's best interest and we reached an agreement with the vendor very quickly.
