Phillip Georgiou went above and beyond in securing an exceptional sale price for my Elwood apartment. The process was superbly run from start to finish, with a strong commitment to ensuring that we achieved the best result possible. He opened the property on Saturday’s and Sundays, as well as conducting numerous private inspections, which is something most agents would not do. His communication and genuine nature make for a terrific real estate person, always looking after his clients and building trust with the buyers to create the ideal outcome for all parties involved. He markets the property differently with his own touch, which is refreshing and seems to bode well with potential buyers. The end result was a whopping $13,500 per SQM for a 1-bed apartment in Elwood, which is a record price! I would highly recommend Meridian for your buying and selling needs!
