I looked long and hard for the right person to sell my father's house. We had to put dad in a nursing home and needed to sell fast. I wasn't very optimistic about what we could sell the house for area after doing my homework. Phillip was the last of the agents we interviewed. First, he didn't come in a stuffy suit, and he came to see us during his holidays. Secondly, his strategy was totally different to everyone else's, he had purpose, he had resolve, he had a great strategy. No other agent we interviewed was more organised and intentional in their approach. Thirdly, he was willing for me to draw out a commission schedule that meant that if he sold the house for beyond what we were expecting, only then would he get the highest commission -- and we would gladly pay it because he gave us such a great result! He told us to dangle the carrot for him, we did, he delivered beyond our expectations! From start to finish, he made it easy and we were at ease. Most importantly, the house sold within a few weeks. As far as the typical real estate agent stereo type.... He is something else, I highly recommend him!
