Phillip was professional and honest throughout the entire process. We meet with several agents in the area to seek advise prior to putting the property on the market and Phillip was the only agent who took the time to give us an honest opinion and was confident enough to recommend we proceed with the renovation. We spent approximately 3-4 months renovating, during that time I received several haggling phone calls from other agents despite telling them on multiple occasions that we were renovating and not ready to sell. Phillip was courteous from the start and advised from our first meet that I should get in contact when the renovations were completed and we were ready. I called Phillip when the renovations where near complete (4 months later) he answered my call and addressed me by my name indicating he had my details the entire time but didn't bother us throughout the renovating period like he promised. Phillip was attentive, accessible and again honest with setting expectations. The process was so easy from the moment the property was on the market and Phillip had acquired interest from buyers prior to the first open inspection. Post the first inspection he had at least 3 serious buyers and guided us with confidence around the right time to sell the property. Our expectation with sale price was well beyond what we expected, we honestly could not recommend him enough. We truly felt like he cared about us and genuinely wanted to achieve the best result for us. Phillip is the only agent I would use to sell any property moving forward!
