My experience with Phillip has been genuine and trustworthy. His price guide was not over stated or under quoted, it was very accurate. When negotiating he seemed to have both buyer and seller interests in mind, which to be frank as a buyer, made me feel comfortable (even knowing he did have the seller in mind as well). The process of dealing with him and negotiating was smooth, to the point and seemed really genuine. As a buyer I did not feel I was being 'sold' into the typical 'I have another buyer' method other realestate agents use. Everybody has room for improvement, and the rental return on the property was quoted as slightly higher than it actually was, so double checking some facts could have been better. Overall I would highly recommend Phillip Nicholas.
