I had just sold my home of 47 years and was facing the exciting yet daunting task of finding another place to call home. I had seen a number of 'open homes' before visiting THE one. I spoke with Phillip's offsider, Ryan, and requested a contract which was emailed later the same day. Two days later I arranged a second visit and made my offer.
