Prior to becoming a Director/ Business Partner at Crawford Real Estate I worked at Newcastle Permanent Building Society (The Perm) for over 10years in business development and relationship management, in-fact the last 5years as the Treasurer.
Having worked in the finance industry for over 20years mostly in the Financial Markets sector I have gained extensive knowledge of how the mortgage market operates and how this relates to the Reserve Bank of Australia when it is setting the official cash rate which influences the interest rates banks charge for mortgages. This has a major impact on the housing market when it comes to people buying and selling their homes which can be very stressful and with my knowledge I help my clients understand the process and lessen the stress.
My passion for getting the best results for my clients is matched by my passion for supporting local charities such as Variety the Children’s Charity.
Crawford Real Estate provides services including property sales, property management (rentals) and will work with clients for all their requirements relating to real estate.
Away from work I love spending time with family and friends, travelling, collecting wine, playing golf, watching the Newcastle Knights and enjoying the lifestyle the Newcastle region has to offer.
