I am so glad we used Phil as our agent - from our first meeting, he demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the area, he guided us through the process with transparent and open communication and he was extremely supportive to us. Phil worked tirelessly to successfully market our house in these uncertain COVID times. I found him to be conscientious, sincere and down to earth. He was open in his communications with us and provided us with prompt updates after every Open House. Although the figure that we wanted for the house was high, Phil never told us that it was impossible. He saw the true value of our property and persisted to get the warranted sale price. Every other agent told us that we were crazy and that we should maybe lower our asking price. In the end, Phil successfully sold our home for a couple thousand dollars above the asking price. Phil and Sarah from Crawfords are extremely down to earth and knowledgeable and we felt from the outset that we were all on the same page with what we were trying to achieve in the sale of our house. Nothing was a bother to them and our house was sold in less than 3 weeks for a price we were very happy with. We were living a considerable distance away from the house during the sale which can be difficult but was really nothing to worry about. Phil Swan presented himself to us as a very calm and professional person but after few inspections it was clear he did loose interested and we were not one of his priorities. His mannerism changed . He put an inexperienced salesman  to our open houses,  spoke rudely to us on multiple occasions. At the end as soon as we got an offer he started to harrassing us with phone calls all related to absurd requests from the buyers. Those phone calls were even witnessed by our solicitor and deemed inappropriate.

I was already impressed with Crawford's service as my property manager, and when the time came to sell, I knew that they would be the ones to get the job done. Phil made the entire process seamless and easy, even with COVID-19 restrictions and me being interstate.
