Not offent that one would have a need to sell a house, but when you do then where to start? In my case through a friend I had the opportunity to have Phillip come to my aid. Mind you that I have seen Photo of Phillip on sale billboards around town and on the real estate section if local newspaper, but there were never a single thought that cross my mind that some days that I would receive his assistance in selling my house.
