We found Phillip to be a helpful agent in preparing the property for sale and his firm - Barry Plant Sunshine - to be professional in both appearance and manner in all dealings. The estimates provided were realistic and feedback on interest was honest and straightforward. The auctioneer - Jason Allen - was energetic and provided a good atmosphere on auction day. We were happy with the efforts and the result.
