Phillipa spent time trying to assess just exactly what we were looking for. She was on the phone weekly with properties for us to view if they were suitable. She persevered until she found the perfect place for us. Along the way we decided we would sign with Phillipa to also sell our property. She organised photos and all necessary details so that if and when we found our next property we would be ready to sell immediately.
