I really appreciated the down to earth approach Phillipa and Di have which helps to make the process less daunting. Communication was great and phone calls returned promptly if missed. The one thing i wish i had done differently was to not accept the first offer, as i have had people approach me since and indicating they would have paid more. Also after looking around for my place to purchase, i realised that my place with the views and beside the park was really good value at $350,000. Thankyou very much Phillipa and Di.
