Phoebe helped the reviewer buy this property

Great experience with recent purchase , overall very pleasant experience

I honestly couldn’t recommend Phoebe highly enough. If you’re thinking about selling your property and want someone who will genuinely work hard for you, communicate every step of the way and have your best interests at heart, Phoebe is the person I’d recommend without hesitation. I recently purchased a property through her, and from the very beginning she was fantastic to deal with. She was genuine, approachable, incredibly responsive and made what can be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. What impressed me most was that, even though I was the buyer, I could see firsthand just how hard she worked for her seller. She represented them brilliantly bringing great negotiation skills to the table while still treating me with respect and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. That experience says more to me than any sales pitch ever could. I’ve now seen how Phoebe works when she’s representing someone’s biggest asset, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in trusting her with my own. I thanked Phoebe for making my purchase such a positive experience. When it’s my turn to sell, seeing first hand how hard she works for the seller.. Phoebe will be my first call. I genuinely recommend Phoebe to anyone looking for an outstanding agent to trust with their asset ...five stars from me!
