Phoebe helped the reviewer sell this property

Went out of the way to help with the sale and dealt with it quickly without and drama

Quickly lined up buyers and dealt with the sale expeditiously. Assisted with those things that I had not lined up like pointing us to an excellent Settlement person. Facilitated things that needed to be done to enable the sale properly such as the electrical work needed. Had some deep personal issues during the initial sales period but did not let it impact on her work.
