Phong Pham

Phong was responsive and always available for a frank conversation throughout the process. Phong went above and beyond during the pre-settlement period to get alignment between the parties so as we could close on time.

Comfortable to deal with and helpful

Phong was excellent. He really went the extra mile to assist me in selling a property left for me to manage as the executor of an estate. As I live in another country, it would have been impossible to do without his help in managing the property prior to sale. Phong is a really lovely guy - down to earth and upfront with everything. I would thoroughly recommend him to others.

A huge thank you for the support throughout our property journey. From the initial contracts to the final utility handovers, the attention to detail was outstanding. If you are looking for a reliable agent in the Perth area, look no further!

Phong is an excellent communicator. He guided me through every aspect of preparing the property for sale. Timelines were set and the trades and cleaners and stylists were on time and on budget. The marketing was comprehensive and impressive to attract the widest audience .The result exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend Phong Pham and his team.

Phong was excellent, tailoring strategy specific to our property and was engaged from the start. He was easy to deal with at all stages, communicated well and had high attention to detail. Highly recommend.
