We engaged Phuong to sell our Athol Park home late 2020. At the time we had tenants in the property and it was not looking it’s absolute best. We intended to paint and tidy before putting it on the market. Phuong found our tenants a new home, hooked us up with a very reasonably priced painter and assisted in identifying a good dresser for the house so that when it was photographed it looked it’s very best. We discussed the pricing and while I felt she was being wildly optimistic I trusted Phuong’s advice and priced the house as she recommended. You can imagine my delight when after the first viewing she contacted us to advise that we had an offer - at full asking price! Second viewing and a further offer in the same vein. Our end result was to sell at OVER the asking price which I’d thought was so optimistic. Phuong then put us in contact with a conveyancer and for the first time ever in my property selling experience I had a sale go through without either hitch or delay. I would definitely recommend Phuong to anyone looking to sell a property. Indeed I already have recommended her to friends who used her services with similar results.
