Phyllis entered the Real Estate industry after many years with Australia Post as both Postal Manager and Contracts Manager. She has a vast experience in office administration, management and public relations and is excellent in dealing with people. She has a pleasant personality and a first-class approach with clients. It's very important to her that clients understand the processes of both Sales and Property Management and is always willing to take the time to explain fully, what is required for the best possible outcome.
Phyllis completed her Diploma in Property in 2006 and has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007. She started her Real Estate career with another franchise before purchasing L J Hooker Armadale in 2008 and then decided it would be a fantastic idea to re-open the L J Hooker Kardinya office in 2014 as she lives locally.
Who doesn't remember the little girl in the LJ Hooker ad "Thank you Mr Hooker" ? It's the same smile Phyllis likes to see on her clients faces when the deal is done.
