We interviewed two agents when we wanted to put our home on the market. Pierre clearly had the better market knowledge of the Tullamarine area as he has sold many of the property's in the area. This knowledge gave us confidence when we were comparing our property to past sales that he could give us an accurate and fair comparison. Our property was on the market for two weeks in which time we had 8 potential buyers through our home. As Pierre works exclusively In Tullamarine he had met a number of the buyers through previous opens giving him a distinct advantage as to having an understanding of what potential buyers were looking for in a property. He advised us that as there were three "red hot" buyers interested in our property and that we should think about accepting offers before auction. He was not at any stage through that discussion pressuring in any way. We used his experience and advice and decided we would accept offers before auction. Within two days we had a signed contract that exceeded our expectation of the sales price of our property. We are extremely happy with the price Pierre obtained for our home.
