Pierre of Jason Real Estate Tullamarine, is an excellent agent. He went out of his way to help me, made me feel at ease through the whole process of me selling my unit - Cannot thank him enough. I still cannot believe the price the Pierre and the Team from Jason Real Estate obtained for me for my unit.. Thank you all..I would recommend Pierre and Jason Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell their property and I have already done so to friends.

Pierre was a great agent who really went the extra mile to get the price we wanted. The whole team put a lot of effort and time into selling our property and we are very grateful.

Pierre was very engaged with myself (the vendor) and he invested a lot of effort in generating significant interest from prospective buyers in the sale of my property. He was very communicative, highly motivated and a pleasure to do business with. As a result from all his hard work, my property was sold for a significant figure above the reserve price. Absolutely thrilled with the sold price and I would not hesitate engaging Pierre with either the purchase or sale a property.

It was mid September 2016. I was looking for an agent to sell my investment property in Tullamarine. In the process, I spoke to several agents including Pierre Hadchiti of Jason Real Estate. Pierre was the last agent I met. However, he gave me the impression that “he knew what he was talking about.” He stood out from the rest with his professionalism and optimism. I did online research on agents and property prices. I found that Pierre is rated highest in Tullamarine. He was also the agent who achieved the highest prices for the vendor and the guy who sold most properties in Tullamarine. I was convinced that he was the "man for the job." It was a pleasure working with Pierre. His professionalism is impressive. His feedback was always constructive. His “can do” attitude is exceptional. His knowledge of the area is second to none. Action day was 19 November 2016. Our reserve was relatively high. Pierre managed to attract a large crowd. The three bedroom property was sold for $610,000. We managed to beat the reserve easily and achieve a record price. It was another exceptional result by Jason Real Estate. Well done Pierre. Keep up your good work. All the best. Nilanga

We could not have wished for a better agent to sell our home. Pierre is a master of his trade!!! He was extremely professional, honest, helpful and caring. Through out the whole process he was dedicated to doing the best he could for the sale of our family home. We would highly recommend Pierre and the team at Jason Real Estate (with a special thank you to Fatih) From the bottom of our hearts we thank you Pierre. Alida and John Natale.

Thank you Pierre Hadchiti for being honest and professional.

Pierre we thankyou for your hard and honest work great result highly recommended to any who wants to sell

Pierre & the whole team at Jason Real Estate Tullamarine have been great to work with. Pierre has a professional approach with a genuine attitude, being on call when you have questions, and going out of his way to offer assistance when required. Thanks again!

From our first meeting through the whole pre-sale and finally, the sale process, Pierre's presentation and communications were first class.

Pierre sold my place within a week of signing with him and his agency did a great job given the short settlement time the buyer and I negotiated. I was very happy with the quick sale given I had previously listed for over 10 weeks with another agent and received no offers close to the sale price Pierre achieved. He is very knowledgeable of the Tullamarine market and was very easy to communicate with. Pierre knew I was after a quick sale and had several interested parties through the unit before marketing had even begun

It took us a while to decide to sell our property, even after seeing Pierre numerous times. Regardless, his tolerance and compassion was appreciated until finally we decided to go ahead. Pierre has been an agent in the area for many years and really knows the area inside out. This is a very important factor when deciding to choose an agent, and something we already knew.....but what we didn't know until enlisting his services, was his unadulterated passion that he has for his profession and the subsequent commitment that he gives his clients, during what can be, a trying time. And the end result???.......well, that was AMAZING....TOTALLY unexpected and still in shock......a VERY SUCCESSFULL outcome!!! I have no doubt that the result could have been quite the opposite if not for Pierre. We thankyou ever so much Pierre....G and M
