We have undergone a subdivision of a Queenslander & the building of a new build house. This project has taken over 3 years and Piers has been with us all the way. He has a wonderfully personable (non-pushing) style, with incredible property development, suburb and real estate knowledge. At times, I would be concerned about the layout of the property and over capitalising - he would readily make himself available to guide me in my decisions. When it came to selling our first property (a hard sell being on a main road) he was able to get 3 bidders offering against each other and achieved our desired price (which was high for this main road). He will be selling our new house in the New Year and I have. I have no doubt he’ll sell it for above market value. If you want to be in safe, professional hands, and not that of a ‘pushy, sales’ guy, I would highly recommend Piers.
