However, we found Piers to stand out from many of the other agents we meet providing in depth knowledge of the suburb and the property we ended up buying. He had obviously done his homework on the property we purchased, conveying the sellers description of the property. Although Piers as the agent is working for the seller, he made the process very smooth for us as the buyers by providing excellent timely communication. Piers’ professional approach does make him stand out compared to many other agents and will place him well in a tough property market when you have to do more than wear a suit and hand out brochures. We will definitely be using Piers when we sell our next property.
