I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately dealing with Pieter as a buyer wasn't the best. He had prompt communication when it was useful for the vendor, but never followed up on some of my requests around settlement. Was very brisk and not the most helpful at times. Didn't even leave a settlement gift, which is usually a given with REAs!

It has been a pleasure working with Pieter. When buying a home, we found Pieter to be an excellent listener who was able understand and find the home that met our needs. Further, as a property manager he has gone above and beyond to help things go smoothly. Pieter is the definition of professional, but also kind, thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Pieter's knowledge of Abbotsford, the local offerings on and off the market is nothing short of extensive and stands out from the other agencies I have engaged with earlier in the year. Pieter is a very honest, friendly and determined person who kept us informed all the way through the sale process. Pieter made contact after each open for inspection which made us quite comfortable with our choice of agent. As things came to a conclusion, Pieter was able to secure a 30 day settlement which meant that there was no time when the property was untenanted. At all times he worked in our best interests, communicating effectively with our tenants and prospective buyers.
