I must honestly say there is no apt word to describe Ping Chu's diligence, hardwork and communication skills to keep all informed. Her persistent drive to find a buyer is both unbeatable and undisputable - perfect. I particularly like the serene and calm demeanour she displays, even at the most stressful and dull moments, and her warm smile is reassuring. I have filled in this online form previously and am unsure why it is recurring again. I like to add that Monday 29th Jan was our settlement day, and Ping Chu was available and displayed the same motivation to the last day.
