After 7 weeks with another agent with not one single inspection we switched to Pino. He had inspections happening the very next day and had an offer in only 2 weeks. His hard work and networking skills are excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way and his recommended solicitor was very good as well. As usual Pino came up with the contract on our second investment property. Thanks to him we no longer have to worry about maintaining these houses. Instead we now have money in the bank for our retirement.
This review is to describe how well and satisfactory the agent did his job on the sale of the above property , i must say Pino is the most consistent agent i have ever met he not for one moment had lost the energy and the train of thought that he had this property sold the positive thoughts rubbed off on me and thats what u call a good agent . He tries every avenue that is available and never gives up and when i felt like it wouldn't happen he would call and in a minute he would have me hipped up again , he is definitely one of a kind.
