2014 Pino sold my rental investment located in Trinity Beach, it was with another agency but offers had dried up, so I sourced another agency and agent within 4 weeks the property was sold. Pino, is very approachable and tells it like it is, and with his fantastic $neg skills, we achieved the desire results. I recently, listed another property that I had, located in Trinity Park, unfortunately, through no fault of Pino's, the property was not sold. I would certainly recommend Pino, he was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other's.

I was excited to have Pino N Filippone sold our property in just 3 weeks giving me and my family a good christmas break in 2014. He did a fantastic job by selling the property over and above what we expected. It was our first time selling property and Pino made it all easy for us; we were constantly informed and able to make our own decisions at every step of the way. He did everything possible including arranging a lawyer on our behalf to make sure our sale went smoothly without any problems. He definitely listened to us and what’s better was that he was good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave us time to read and review information he was giving us before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Hopefully we are not selling / buying again soon but if we were we would go with Pino again. We give him 6+ stars if we could. We highly recommend Pino to anyone looking for a selling agent!!!
