Polly was excellent at explaining the steps in selling our home. We found her upfront in how the sale would be advertised and the cost of selling the property . Polly was caring very good at listening , always smiling and made you feel comfortable. Never any pressure . We would recommend Polly to other sellers --Loved having her as our agent
Polly was outstanding! I have experienced both being a buyer and as a vendor with Polly being the agent. Her communication has been amongst the best in the industry, and I have come across dozens of realestate agents over the years. She also has shown me on many occasions her determination to achive the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Polly to anyone.
Our property was complex. Polly’s attention to detail, willingness to research issues arising & provide prompt, relevant information & options, was exceptional. Communication was timely, open & honest & always helpful. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. Possible marketing strategies were clearly explained & negotiated to include our particular wishes. As a result, we felt respected, included, listened to, a valued part of the team working to achieve the best outcome for us through the sale of our property.

Polly kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't feel like it was business, her approach was very people friendly. I enjoyed catching up for coffee and run downs on where we were at with the sale. Polly knows the good coffee spots 🙂
Would give 6 stars if possible. Cannot fault her integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. Every request is actioned and done immediately. Her knowledge of the market and ability to deal with all people is remarkable. Always with a smile. Communication skills are second to none and I was always kept informed.
