Polly Shultz was extremely supportive and professional in the entire process of selling my property. She went above and beyond to provide me with timely information and shared her wealth of knowledge. My experience was a very happy and relaxing one as I was in capable hands and I would definitely recommend her
From day one Polly was enthusiastic, upfront and honest. She kept us updated the whole way through even out of business hours and nothing was too much for her. Having been involved with buying and selling with Polly numerous times we cannot recommend her high enough. She is considered a friend. Thank you for everything Polly.

Thank you Polly for your Professional help on the sale of our home at 9B 3rd St. Nuriootpa. Well done & much appreciate on the price you negotiated with the new property owners.
Polly was very professional keeping us well informed during sale of our property making it a quick, easy and trouble free process, she was a pleasure to work with and achieved our desired outcome thanks to her hard work
Polly was a really helpful agent and made buying our first home a walk in the park. Any questions we had for polly even if she didn't know straight away she would be sure to find out and get back to us asap.
Polly was very friendly and professional from the very start of meeting her, she was very thorough, to explain all that we would need to know, re selling our property . She kept us up to date through the whole process, and was always available to communicate with us, if a phone call went through to her message bank, she would return the call as soon as she could , we were more than happy, with the service she gave us, and will not hesitate, to have her sell any properties in the future , we decide to sell Thanks Polly
David Braunack and Polly Schulz were helpful/informative during the open inspection/s and communication was professional and efficient throughout the contract process. We were disappointed on the settlement date that the house was not inspected or at least checked by the real estate agent for cleanliness and all furniture removed etc - as we spent the following 2 days having to clean the house and trips to the dump to remove furniture that was left from previous owner which delayed us moving in.
Pollys knowledge of the market is her stand out , also value of realestate in various areas , always to help the vendor , Would recomend her to anybody wishing to sell or purchase real estate . Ed Schild
