David Braunack and Polly Schulz were helpful/informative during the open inspection/s and communication was professional and efficient throughout the contract process. We were disappointed on the settlement date that the house was not inspected or at least checked by the real estate agent for cleanliness and all furniture removed etc - as we spent the following 2 days having to clean the house and trips to the dump to remove furniture that was left from previous owner which delayed us moving in.
