When we first approached Prash with our requirements he called us within a few days giving us options to view properties which were not yet on the market as per our request. The first property didn't work out for us however rest assured Prash did not disappoint and he came back to us with another property. Upon viewing we put our offer in straight away and from there we got the ball rolling with the offer being accepted and then proceeding to move forward with the property sale. Prash did not disappoint no request was too much trouble. He would query it on our behalf and then get back to me straight away.
