Who is Pratik Kaku Made in India, packaged in Indonesia and shipped to Australia! Originally from India, Pratik has experienced a diverse cultural exposure. Being multi-lingual, he speaks fluent English, Sindhi and Indonesian with a working knowledge of Hindi and Malay. Coming from a professional science and engineering background, Pratik was always fascinated with how the world works. His quiet and gentle nature allowed him to observe and understand peoples’ wants and needs while pushing through to meet their goals. His focus area is project marketing and on delivering and improving better quality product and services. Being a former Metallurgist with over half a decade of experience in the super alloy industry, Pratik brings “out of the box” solutions into the Real Estate industry. This helped him gain valuable experience in project management. It’s this level of professionalism and his exceptional attention to detail that gives him the vision to see potential roadblocks and help him navigate around them, allowing your transaction to flow as smoothly as possible. It was during his career in metallurgy that he decided to buy property either for himself or an investment. He could not decide whether to build or buy his very first home and how to create an investment folio. Talking to developers and development companies only caused confusion. He needed someone he could trust to point him in the right direction. Pratik determined that he had gone as far as he could with his current company and this along with the desire to learn property investing and customer service, determined that he would change careers beginning his new career here at Professionals Prowest Real Estate.
