Using his professionalism and knowledge of the market Don was able to tie in the settlement of our property to align with the settlement of our off the plan apartment, Don made our move out and move in an absolute breeze. Don's communication was absolutely first class, he was always very quick to return my calls and emails, they were never too much trouble for him. It was so reassuring to know that he was always available to offer advice at any time and guide us through the whole process. The bottom line is, that without doubt, we made the very best decision in appointing Don Asplin as our selling agent. Great agent with clear communications

Don was very responsive and knew the market well. He’s old school with a lot of information still on paper but that made me trust him more as he knows his stuff inside out. Also as he always communicates with potential buyers he do have a list (also physical copy) that suit the house we were selling.

Local Knowledge was Key

When I decided to put the house on the market I chose to get three or four agents to assess and value the house. We have dealt with Don before when selling in Willetton, so our decision to go with him was a mixture of experience but also a feeling of confidence in his strategies and marketing and we believe this paid off. The valuations varied but in the long run I believe we got a fair price. With the house under offer within a week, Don kept in contact and assisted us all the way through to settlement. I believe that Don's knowledge of Willetton and his contacts with trades in the area made the transition to settlement smooth and seamless. Thank you for your experience and knowledge.
