If you communicate clearly expected prices , locations and feature she will try to find you one and find time to discuss matters even when busy. Now we are waiting for final settlement and she is helping us get the house to move-in condition. She constantly keeps the builder and the conveyancers on their toes to get things done as quick as possible.She would try to get you a very good price and would be honest up front if she thinks the offer isn’t going to be accepted.
