Priscilla had reached out to us about wanting to assist with whatever plans we had for the property. We were living there at the time and were going through a delayed build process. She kept in touch throughout the extended period and was always helpful with supplying numbers for the trades people even though we had not officially signed up with her. She was able to give us a realistic price for the property based on the recent sales and rentals in the area.
