I really appreciate how you took it all in your stride and were never flustered. If I had to choose one thing that made the difference, it was when you arrived early for the private inspection and turned on the heating before we got there. An empty warm house was just the perfect way to see it! The vendors probably don't realise how lucky they were to have you so focused on a warm house on what was a sub 10 degree day. I also appreciated how you were able to accurately convey our requests to the vendor during the negotiation process. All in all, fabulous! Thanks so much!! We cannot wait to move in.
