Rachel is such a beautiful person, she went above and beyond to sell my father's house for me. Very professional, great communication could not have asked for a better agent. Thanks Rachael you helped me through a really hard time and I couldn't thankyou enough. Highly recommended ....😊
Rach is an amazing agent and i have already recommended her to friends looking to buy in Brisbane. Her knowledge and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. She took time to explain everything and keep us in the loop through our first ever sale. Our house was listed and sold in under 2 weeks matching the street record. I have already recommended multiple friends to contact her for their purchasing and selling needs
I would highly recommend Rachael. She helped us overcome every issue during the sale/purchase with her extensive resources base, quick thinking and professionalism.
From the moment we met Rachael we knew she was the perfect person to sell our house! She was kind, caring, down to earth, knowledgeable and VERY underatanding. Nothing was too much for her. She definitely went above and beyond the role of just being our realestate agent. If there was a hiccup along the way she quickly found a solution. She was contactable day or night and happy to answer any of our many questions. Rachael definitely helped make the process smooth and easy sailing! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the future!
I had a really good experience selling my house with Rachael. She was understanding and very professional in every way.
We were very lucky to come across Rachel, after a long search we finally found the right house and Rachel communication skills and knowledge helped us to get through the process of buying in an easy and smooth way. Very friendly and still professional, wish all the agents would have Rachel as a role model agent.
Rachael was great and very helpful. She went over and above with ensuring the purchase was stress free. She answered all questions I had and more! If I sell my house, I will choose Rachael as my agent. Thank you Rachael.
Rachael was very responsive throughout the process.
Rachael was so helpful and energetic from the 1st meeting right to the sale . She also answered any questions and never missed taking calls. Rachael made a stressful time so much easier. I can not say how grateful we are to her for all she has done in this process. I have no hesitation in recommending her. Thank you Rachel !!
My experience with this process has been guided exceptionally and professionally by Rachael Bennett. She has communicated well and has gone above and beyond with any issues that occurred. Right from the start realistic expectations were provided and an insight into her plan for the sale of the property provided. There were a couple of administration issues that did question the choice of Agent but Rachael got things sorted very quickly. Was always able to contact Rachael and was kept up to date with the property selling very quickly and extremely happy with the result. Some rectification work was required and the tradesman 'Andrew' recommended by Rachael was reliable and excellent Builder/Tradesman. Very satisfied and a positive experience dealing with Rachael.
Rachael was extremely helpful and displayed a professional and compassionate mannerism.
Our sale was not an easy one but Rachael did not give up once. 110% effort and very caring Agent. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell or even buy.
