We first dealt with Rachael a couple of months ago, before putting our late father's house on the market - needed to know how to proceed, what we needed to do and how things worked. Rachael walked through the house with us, making really good suggestions regarding painting etc., with a view to staging. She recommended the fellow we ultimately used to do the painting and some maintenance who was wonderful. Once we were ready, having removed all of the personal effects (an emotional journey) and furniture and having maintenance done, Rachael came back and we put the house on the market. Rachael had also been more than happy to answer any of our questions during this time. That was the Sunday. Public holiday Monday. Tuesday, staging was done by my sister and her daughter-in-law and photographs taken. First open house set for Saturday! Rachael ended up taking four clients through on the Friday who couldn't attend Saturday. Three offers! Saturday, the magic happened! A client came to both open for inspections and put his offer in in the afternoon! And he was the one. He signed the contract that night, we signed the next day (Sunday). Went unconditional on Friday. We are so happy with all of the assistance that Rachael has given us - no question was too silly to answer, never to busy to talk to us. Any time I need to sell, or purchase, I will be contacting Rachael and recommending her to any one I know.

Rachael was an absolute joy to work with when selling us our new home. She was extremely helpful at every step of the journey. From inspection, to communication, to facilitating a price reduction negotiation. I had some renovations scheduled immediately after settlement, however I wasn't able to get a set of keys from the former property managers. Thankfully, Rachael went above and beyond and was able to supply me with a spare set of keys at a moment's notice so that my tradies could get inside. She didn't need to do this, but this extra mile meant so much to us. She saved us a whole mess. Thanks Rachael! We'll definitely be in touch for an appraisal once we've finished all our renovations!
