When dealing with Sims for Property we are proud to say you won't just be a number to us. We pride ourselves on ensuring the up most professional service to you, our client. Rachael's role is to liaise with Vendor's and Purchaser's on a day to day basis in conjunction with Richard. So you're always guaranteed to speak to someone who can assist you when required. Rachael is also responsible for processing new listings, dealing with marketing and advertising property including the Examiner Real Estate Guide, processing sale contracts and liaising with Solicitors/Conveyancer's in relation to sales, keeping accounts in order and dealing with clients who phone or call into the office. Rachael is also fully licenced to show property therefore you have two dedicated agents looking after your best interests at Sims for Property. Rachael commenced her Real Estate career fresh out of school in 2005. With her enthusiasm and interest in the Real Estate Industry it was a natural progression for her to apply for and be accepted into a position in the Real Estate Scholarship Program for 2007. This entailed four years of study, learning all aspects of the Real Estate industry. During the four year program Rachael is proud to have achieved many Certificates and Qualifications. Some of these include: - Certificate III in Property Services (Real Estate) - Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) - Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) As well as holding both her assistant property management and sales registrations. Outside of Real Estate she is a keen outdoorsy person. Likes sports including motocross, snow boarding and wake boarding. Now with her studies completed she works alongside Richard Sims and runs the Sims For Property office. She is your first port of call when contacting the office and is ready to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
