Rachael has been a very friendly and approachable agent. She has demonstrated a good understanding and knowledge of the local market. She has very good communication skills and was always reliable in providing immediate feedback from open inspections and their follow up. In fact she went out of her way to meet any requests by me.

It became apparent that Rachel did not pass on our offer to the vendor. We were fed stories about the vendors 'fixed' mindset, that they 'would not budge' from a position 10k above what we were offering and that they would take it off the market if they didn't get their price. By chance we were able to contact vendor direct through mutual acquaintance. A 5 minute chat revealed all. They were furious about not receiving our offer as they had had 3 opens and were tired of the process. We agreed on the price over the phone- at the exact amount we had offered through Rachael. It's no wonder real estate agents are not trusted by the community. Sell your home yourself and save the thousands in commission.
