She made responsible and reasonable suggestions for improvement, pointing out what to spend money on and what not to spend it on. She recommended and liased with a contractor to carry out maintenance including painting so I felt supported all the way. At all times though, I was in control of the process. She communicated regularly and was always available to answer questions. The property sold after the first open for a price I was very pleased with.
