Listed our house with Rachael and to our amazement had two offers in the first week at the price we were asking. Super organised, professional and efficient nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Rachael and will be definitely utilising her services in the future.
From the minute the offer and acceptance was signed everything flowed without drama. I was keen for a fast settlement and all inspections were organised and carried out without delay and the settlement date was subsequently brought forward. I was kept informed at every stage. All dealings with Rachael were happy and enjoyable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rachael and the team at Harcourts Mandurah (and Waterways Conveyancing as settlement agents)!
The team at Harcourt's, under Rachel's guidance, secured us our property in a great time frame and were exceptional on advising us on the expected price within our budget. I felt we were treated professionally, and honestly through all the phases of the purchase process. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Awesome work. Sold in a few weeks with a subject offer and then got a cash back offer the following week and this was the offer we actually ended up settling on. Nice work
Rachel made sure everything went smoothly during the process and has been a great agent.
Rachael did a great job for us and the outcome was the best for us given the external influences and circumstances. She certainly had our interests in mind. Thanks Rachael.
We changed agents to Rachel after an unsuccessful few months forsale with another agent. I was watching her recent sales activity in the area and she was selling like properties for good prices and within great time frames, so thought I would get her out for an appraisal. We were very impressed with her professionalism and listed. Then... Rachel sold our house in 1 day! With a very smooth transaction the entire way through to settlement. Needless to say we highly recommend her, and would definitely team up again. Thanks so much Rachel! Your a gem!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel Shaw, her work ethic towards all parties involved seller/buy's was very helpful for us. Always available for discussion and did far more than other agents would do to keep thing move to final conclusion Thanks Rachel Danny & Marilyn Seaton
