Rachael was very professional very knowledgeable in the area where our house was situated. A great communicator and kept us informed with every process. Very diligent in opening the house week after week. Patient and very friendly, made us feel very comfortable , with everything also ready to answer a question or request. Would I recommend Rachael, yes i would and yes i would use Rachael again in selling another house. An Asset to Harcourts. We did not know whom to use at First when we chose Harcourts I asked for Rachael as we remembered her from a home open years prior, so first impressions were lasting ones.
