Rachael is a great agent. In a market like we have in Perth and surrounding areas other agents that I came across didn’t have the same care that Rachael had for me to buy the best house for my situation It definitely felt like old fashioned service, I came with short notice for a second viewing on one property on the train and felt unsure of the area, Rachael took me in her car to show me the area and the local sights, this I appreciated so much to have the local knowledge. I also asked to see the house I purchased out of open home hours for the second time and felt nothing was too much trouble for Rachael. I felt her sellers were being represented by a person that was looking after their interests well and also making sure I was able to see the features the home had to offer.
