We werent able to physically view the property, Rachael was only too happy to accommodate us having a family member view the property for us. She helped us organise the Conveyancing which I was stressing about. Rachael and her team also organised all the Building, Electrical and Pest Inspections for us, all we had to do was make payment. Rachael was very friendly to deal with, she is a great communicator and let us know we could contact her with any questions we had.
