We intentionally were a bit over priced initially, and this became apparent after some early low ball offers. Interest was strong and with negotiation a suitable offer was received. Unfortunately, the building and pest inspections found several problems with the house and allowance had to made in the contract price to secure a sale. Racheal was a good sounding board, when these complications arose and her professionalism and understanding of the local market gave me good guidelines on acceptable margins to renegotiate a final settlement price. Communication was very good from start to finish, keeping me up to date through out the entire proceedings.
