Good and fiendly communication

It took about nine months to sell the block, this period beeing I think a quiet one, but in the end we had a keen customer who was haggling for a while before deciting to buy.

Very open and honest, up front with market reality

Cam was very professional with being able to juggle with the complexity of dealing with a local buyer within a relatively small area knowing he was engaged to be working on our behalf to sell our property. Cam also had a clear understanding of the new legislation for property sales and purchases set in place during our contract period. He was very calm witch helped our frustrations given the fact there was no phasing in period for existing contracts. He worked professionally with our conveyancer to manage a successful sale for us.
