Rachel was so good to us from start to finish, Her honest approach that is professional and refreshing was a blessing in disguise and a massive quality of hers. We have put so much time, money and effort into renovating the house over the last 14yrs but more so the last 12 months to get it into the condition it is today and definitely had an emotional attachment throughout the selling process, Rachel always kept us informed, grounded and optimistic in a challenging market. Her continual effort never went unnoticed even taking phone calls after working hours as well as facilitating bathroom approvals for us that we never had completed previously.
